Sara Llanes has spent more than 20 years in technology leadership, financial systems, and enterprise transformation. Today she builds practical AI-driven systems and the governance that makes them safe to adopt. Sara’s path has moved through PwC’s federal practice, Capital One and Fannie Mae in financial systems and risk technology, Gannett and USA TODAY newsroom technology, and World Vision’s nonprofit operations, into consulting and product work focused on AI adoption, modernization, and high-trust transformation.
Today she designs the systems, workflows, governance, and operating models that help people and organizations adopt AI safely and practically, and she builds REVEAL and Founders OS as working expressions of that practice. She does not merely use AI tools; she builds the structures that make AI dependable in real, risk-aware environments.
